CHERRY LANE THEATRE EXTENDS NATALIE PALAMIDES’ ONE-WOMAN SHOW WEER FOR 2 ADDITIONAL WEEKS AFTER SELLING OUT INITIAL RUN IN 5 DAYS

OPENING NIGHT SET FOR SEPTEMBER 28, 2025, ‘WEER’ EXTENDED UNTIL NOVEMBER 9, 2025

● After selling out its opening four-week engagement in five days on sale, Cherry Lane Theatre has extended Natalie Palamides’ WEER for an additional two weeks of shows. WEER will now run until November 9, 2025. Tickets available at CherryLaneTheatre.org.

● Tickets went on sale last Wednesday, July 30th and have completely sold out of its initial run.

● Opening on September 28, 2025, WEER is the Cherry Lane’s first long-running programming following its multi-year renovation.

Synopsis - The one-woman show created by Palamides, who wrote, directs and stars in the piece, describes it as, “New Years Eve 1999. Star Crossed Lovers. A Quarrel at the strike of midnight.” The award-winning production challenges audiences to look at every argument from two sides. “A completely fearless atom bomb of energy.” 5 stars – The Telegraph, UK.

● Purchased in 2023, the 166-seat theatre has undergone an extensive renovation with all of its technical equipment having been updated, new seating installed, film projector and screen installed, and the lobby upgraded. The theatre’s iconic stage and historic details remain intact.
