June 19, 2026—Independent country band The Wilder Blue shares their new song, “Texas Women,” today, featuring special guest and fellow Texan Tracy Byrd. Listen/share HERE.

Written by lead singer Zane Williams and produced by the band, “Texas Women” showcases The Wilder Blue’s signature storytelling and traditional country sound, as they celebrate the people and spirit of their home state.

“You ain’t lived ‘til you’ve had your backside deep fried by a bona fide Texas woman and we’re spreading the word with our buddy T-Byrd,” the band shares. “Texas Women” is the band’s second release this year following their recent single, “High Livin’.” More new music from The Wilder Blue is imminent.

Since their 2020 debut, The Wilder Blue has established themselves as “one of the most versatile bands in country music” (Whiskey Riff). Known for their engaging five-part harmonies and captivating songwriting, the group has released four studio albums to date, including 2025’s Still In The Runnin’. Self-released, self-produced and fan-funded, the album was released to critical attention, with All Country News praising, “a dynamic listening experience…each track feeling like a mini movie, with its own story, instrumentation, and sonic landscape” while Country Central declared, “they create a rich, organic sound…[it] stays true to Wilder Blue’s funky, bluegrass-inspired country.” The band also joined forces with Luke Combs for a cover of The Eagles’ “Seven Bridges Road,” which has garnered over 8 million streams across platforms.

Electric live performers, The Wilder Blue has toured alongside artists such as Combs, Hank Williams Jr., Midland, Flatland Cavalry and Charles Wesley Godwin, and will continue on the road through the fall with select headline dates as well as stops at Country Stampede, Country Thunder Wisconsin, NebraskaLand Days and more.
