AUDREY HOBERT PERFORMS “SUE ME” ON
THE TONIGHT SHOW STARRING JIMMY FALLON

DEBUT ALBUM WHO’S THE CLOWN? OUT NOW

FIRST-EVER HEADLINE TOUR ACROSS U.S., U.K., EUROPE AND AUSTRALIA KICKS OFF DECEMBER 1

October 21, 2025—Last night, rising popstar Audrey Hobert made her TV debut, performing her lead single “Sue me” on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.” Watch/share HERE.

Audrey introduced herself with “Sue me,” marking the first song ever released under her name. According to NYLON, with the debut single, she “…established what will soon become known as the Audrey Hobert touch: straightforward, arresting lyrics (a throwback to her anti-poetry days) that don’t take themselves too seriously.” Delivered with a self-directed video, “Sue me” racked up tens of millions of streams and saw viral success within weeks of being released. She unveiled her debut album Who’s the Clown? in August via RCA Records to widespread critical acclaim from Rolling Stone—who gave the album four stars, claiming that she has “asserted her place as one of pop’s great new voices”—NPR, W Magazine and Cosmopolitan, amongst others. Listen HERE.

In celebration of the album, Audrey will embark on her eagerly anticipated Staircase to Stardom headline tour beginning on December 1 at The Independent in San Francisco, with dates across the United States, United Kingdom, Europe and Australia through May of 2026. Stops include Chicago’s Lincoln Hall, Brooklyn’s Music Hall of Williamsburg and performances at iHeart Radio’s Jingle Ball. Due to overwhelming demand, several previously sold-out shows have been upgraded to larger venues to accommodate more fans. Full details and ticket information can be found at https://www.audreyhobert.net. See routing below.

A lifelong singer, musical theatre devotee and dancer, Audrey got her first taste of songwriting when childhood best friend and then-roommate Gracie Abrams pulled Audrey into the making of her album, The Secret of Us. Together, they wrote some of Gracie’s standouts like “I Love You, I’m Sorry” and “Risk”—for which Audrey directed the music videos—as well as current global hit “That’s So True.”

Following that project, she signed a publishing deal which put her plans to pursue TV writing on pause. As she began writing, she realized the music was undeniably her own, and her artistic project was born, then brought to life with production partner Ricky Gourmet. Who’s the Clown? represents Audrey’s exploration of her own creative vision, as it is the first collection of songs that she ever wrote for herself. Audrey is a one-woman-show, fully realizing all aspects of her music from start to finish—writing songs, singing, directing and editing music videos.
