Topeka’s the expansive, ever-growing roster of hosts and artists now includes Ben Bridwell and Ryan Monroe of Band of Horses, who recently hosted a livestream event which saw a surprise engagement between two audience members; Watch the once-in-a-lifetime proposal take place HERE.
